Audited Excellence: Return-To-Work (RTW)
In order to qualify for Audited Excellence in Return-To-Work, employers must have their Return-To-Work program audited by an external agency recognized by YWCHSB.
Employers are responsible for the costs of the audit, which could include the Consensus-Based Disability Management Audit (CBDMA) administered by the National Institute of Disability Management and Research (NIDMAR).
YWCHSB has a NIDMAR-certified CBDMA auditor on staff.
