If your company is registered outside Yukon and you plan to work here:
- you must contact the Yukon Workers’ Compensation Health and Safety Board (YWCHSB) to discuss registration requirements in this jurisdiction.
- if you plan to bring workers from your jurisdiction to work in Yukon you have 10 days before your company must register with YWCHSB to ensure your workers have compensation coverage.
- or you plan to hire Yukon workers you have 10 days in which to register with YWCHSB to ensure your workers have compensation coverage.
