Who can request a review or appeal a claim decision?
If you are a worker, a dependant of a deceased worker or a worker's employer, the Workers' Compensation Act gives you the right to a claim review by a Hearing Officer and to appeal the Hearing Officer's decision to the Workers' Compensation Appeal Tribunal. You may appeal on your own or you may seek the help of the Workers' Advocate.
