Will the Board pay my legal costs?

No. The Workers' Compensation Act prohibits the board from paying legal expenses incurred by you or your representative; however, the board funds a Workers' Advocate to assist workers with their review or appeal.

Lawyers need to be registered with the Yukon Law Society to be able to practice in Yukon.
