Team Approach
The key to successful case management is bringing the injured worker together in a team with their employer, their union, board staff and members of the health care community. Within this framework, the adjudicator and/or case manager work to promote effective communication and cooperation among the various team members. The objective is commitment to a plan that provides the right service at the right time, in a continuum that results in a quick and safe return to work.
