Who tells me when to return to work?

Once your recovery has progressed to the point where it is safe for you to return to work, your doctor will tell you it is OK to do so.

Your Yukon Workers' Compensation Health and Safety Board claims officer may also tell you it is safe to return to work based on the medical information we receive.

The goal is improving your health and recovery and preventing long-term disability.

The evidence shows that the earlier we can get you safely back to work, the quicker and more completely you will heal from your injuries.
