Changes to the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations
Public engagement on changes to the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations took place in 2019. The Government of Yukon approved these changes in 2020. A new Violence and Harassment Prevention Regulation, as well as enhancements to the existing Regulations for hazard assessment, came into force on September 4, 2021.
