Thank you for looking into coverage outside the Yukon. You do not need to complete this form for periods less than 6 consecutive months. Your workers are covered if they meet the conditions in policy 5.5 Coverage for Workers Outside of Yukon.
Coverage under the Workers’ Safety and Compensation Act does not replace the coverage requirements of the jurisdiction in which your workers will be working. It’s important that you check with the other province, territory or country to determine those requirements as well.
