CHOICES

CHOICES is a rebate program that rewards you for providing health and safety and return-to-work training courses to your employees.

You can apply for the rebate program when you fill out your Employer’s Payroll Report (EPR) form.

Any training that increases your skills to help you perform your job more safely or to mitigate injury may qualify for a rebate.

Rebates range from 4% to 10% of your annual assessment, up to $25,000 per year. COR- and SECOR-certified businesses automatically qualify for a 10% rebate. To find out what your rebate might be, refer to the CHOICES Incentive Program policy.
