We believe that public engagement helps us understand how proposed changes might impact different groups, uncover unintended consequences and identify practical improvements. Inviting Yukoners to contribute fosters transparency, builds trust and reinforces accountability in how decisions are made.
By asking the public to contribute early on in the development of policy changes, we ensure that our policies are more informed, inclusive, effective and reflect the needs and concerns of all Yukoners.
