General Information
The policies of the Board of Directors provide direction and guidelines to board staff in order to ensure consistency in the exercise of the discretion of the board under the Act and to ensure that the objectives of the Act are being met.
Purpose
The objective of this policy is to outline how the policies of the board will, when necessary, be updated as amendments are made from time-to-time to the Act.
