General Information

A worker who has suffered a work-related disability and, as a result, suffered loss of earnings is entitled to receive a percentage of actual wages lost, up to a weekly maximum until the worker is returned to work or until the worker reaches age 65 .

Despite this, a worker age 63 or older who suffers a work-related disability may be entitled to compensation for loss of earnings if they meet the criteria set out in this policy.
